I bought this kit for my daughter who took a CNA class and needed her own stethoscope and blood pressure cuff. She claims the stethoscope was more comfortable than the ones in the class that they pass around to everyone to train on, and that the sound was very clear. She was extremely happy with this choice (she's 19) and this was surprising in itself. I guess I made a good choice for someone who didn't know any better.
