Gave this to my wife for Christmas. It is now December 27 and we are trying to figure out how to navigate the return process. My wife liked the look of the watch, but the primary reason she wanted it was for the heart rate monitoring function, and this works in an inconsistent and unpredictable way. The HRM (heart rate monitor) would not function about half the time and then when it did provide a readout, it was very inconsistent. One moment it would give a reasonable resting heart rate of ~65 bpm, then moments later it would give a read out of 190 bpm's, all while my wife was not moving.
