this is a good scale if you want a simple one that is lightweight. the chrome is actually not true chrome but plastic. it is nice to look at, but not as sturdy as you think from the picture.Get more detail about Taylor 938 Easy-to-Read Mechanical Scale with 5" Raised Dial.
