Once you get everything set up this little power house is great! I love the ability to check my heart rate just by touching the front of the watch so I don't have to wear the chest strap all the time. Its also great that the touch sensitive monitoring can be turned on and off so when I wear it as a regular watch its not trying to check my heart rate if I accidentally touch the front of it. This is a great tool for anyone interested in tracking their runs, workouts, walks, or whatever.
