I got my HRM last week sometime and fiddled with it. I don't know why everyone thinks it's so hard to get to know, but it really took me maybe 1/2 hr to 45 min (which seemed like nothing compared to the reviews )to figure out how to use everything, I actually found it pretty easy compared to all of the reviews on the watch. Right when you turn it on, it prompts you to add all of your personal information, so it's kinda hard to screw that up. I went for a 2 mile walk after I was done setting it up and it worked perfectly. I couldn't be happier.
