We got a sample of this in the hospital, in Canada, and within a day my son's diaper rash had cleared up completely. I can't find this product on the shelves here at all, so I always order it from Amazon.com. It is the only cream/moisture barrier I will ever use. At the first sign of redness, apply this and the redness will be gone before the day is done. The tubes also last a really long time.
