If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. I set time, date, etc. Then I moistened chest strap per instructions. Then I pushed mode button per instructions. Whole unit froze, no buttons would work. Called service number, who transferred me to a "manager", who didn't answer the phone. I'm not playing the runaround game. Biggest piece of junk I've ever seen.
