I loved this Gaiam pedometer until it fell of my waistband of my pants and broke. The peodometer was great while it lasted. I didn't have any problem with the reset button. You just have to move it off of the steps counted and that locks in the numbers so they aren't changed. The waistband clip needs to be improved or a lanyard added so when it slips off the waistband it doesn't hit the ground.Get more detail about Gaiam Pedometer Plus Audio CD (Intermediate Level).
