I purchased these scales for my mom who is blind and has congestive heart failure requiring her to monitor her weight daily. She is also very feeble and weak. These scales have been great. She has had no trouble using them and they have worked wonderfully. She has a visiting nurse in her home twice weekly who weighs her, too, and the scales have been accurate.
