The Oregon Scientific heart rate logger was just what I had been looking for. I already had a basic heart rate monitor, but sometimes I wanted to record my heart rate. When the unit arrived the green led came on, but I could not get it to link with my Polar T31 transmitter. I checked the CR2032 battery, and it measured 2.8 volts, a little low. So I replaced the battery, and it linked right up. I suspect the seller bought units that have been setting for a while. I have used the unit a couple of times and it works as advertised. The software is a little lame, the graphing could be better, but you can always load the data into an excel spreadsheet and make up your own graphs. it is a decent system, but the software in my opinion is lame. it does just the basic functions. there is no way to use this system for multiple people. if someone else gets on the scale it averages their weight in for that day also. there is a way to go delete the data, but it's a pain. the software was written with adobe air instead of a real windows client programming language, indicating that their programmers have little programming experience. there is no way to import or export the data. the scale wakes up and beeps every time someone walks by it (vibration activates it). shoe sensor has to be within 3 feet of the usb fob to get a reading. scale must be "woken up" or it won't transmit, same with bp meter. other than these gripes (i almost sent it all back at first - when i saw the software) i have been using it for a few weeks and it does collect and chart the data (given limitations above).Get more detail about LifeSource CP-1THW Wireless Combo Kit.

I bought this to replace the original belt that came with my t4c. After 14 months, one of the clips that snaps the belt into the electronics disk broke off, and the old belt would no longer work. So I ordered this new one.

I realized, upon receiving it, that I really only needed the strap; the belt includes a new electronics disk. So I unclipped the new belt from its disk, snapped the old disk into place, and didn't have to worry about pairing a new disk with the watch. Now, I have to hope that if the belt breaks again, it'll be in the disk -- since I have a spare.

The new comfort belt is obviously tighter than the old, and seems to start getting readings faster -- I guess 14 months of use stretched it out, so it might be good to plan to replace the strap after maybe 18 months of use, anyway.
