I bought this product thinking that with The Biggest Loser endorsement it would be a quality item. NOT SO! After inputting my measurements and 'initiating' the scale, as instructed by the manufacturer, I went to weigh myself. The display showed a series of zeros that continued for approximately 1 1/2 minutes, then nothing. The screen went completely blank. After randomly pushing all of the buttons and stepping on and off the scale it finally returned a weight value. However, when I tested it to see if the readings would be consistent, it displayed a different weight ranging from 3 to 11 pounds each time! Definitely NOT worthy of carrying The Biggest Loser logo!
