I used the Zona diligently for the time allowed on the warranty, exactly two months. I didn't really notice any significant drop in blood pressure so I sent it back. Like many other reviewers, I previously owned some some cheap Walgreens heating pads and found them to be usable, but they are cheap and not well made, and prone to failure after a short time.

This is a great heating pad. I love the HUGE size, it can cover my entire back lenghtwise, or I can put it across my lower back and it wraps around my waist a little bit which is really nice.

It heats up faster than any other heating pad I've ever owned, and it also gets hotter. This means relief comes faster and I don't need to use it as long which are both important factors. I don't understand the few reviews where people say it's not hot enough, they either have a problem sensing heat, are just wrong, or got a bad unit (whith I doubt). It is so hot that I cannot last longer than 10 minutes with it turned on (it has a 20 minute timer).

The soft felt-like outer cover is really nice too. It is thick, soft, and a good heavy-duty fabric. Washable too.

Lastly, it comes with a nice LONG cord just in case you don't have an outlet too close by.

The ONLY downside is that it doesn't have any heat control, just on/off. I used to think this was a problem, but after using this I now realize that the hotter the better and the quicker the relief.
