I bought this watch because a tennis opponent raved about it. I was incredibly disappointed, however, because I found it to be impossible to monitor my heartrate during my treadmill workouts. The instruction booklet advises you to check your heartrate anytime you increase or decrease the intensity of your workout for maximum accuracy of calories burned, but my heartrate simply would not measure while I was running. What a waste! I feel like I have an overpriced stopwatch, instead of an accurate heartrate monitor. Also, please do not purchase this product from Watchgems through Amazon. I made that mistake and then tried to return the product one week after I bought it because it was not suitable for my needs, and they refused to accept it, and then sent me two nasty emails explaining why they would not accept it.
