Initially , it was great. I was very happy with it. but I noticed after 5 months, it would often have a very dampened sound eventhough the sound amplifier is turned out and battery is not old. It is also difficult to put in a coat side pocket. That aspect is manageable as I work in a clinic and in the hospital setting but very disatisfied with the sound quality after 5 months of use.Get more detail about Thinklabs ds32a Digital Stethoscope.
