I have small-ish feet (size 7) and they hang off when I stand on it, but it doesn't seem to matter; weight seems consistent (if a few pounds more than the one I have at home). The scale IS small like an 8.5"x11" piece of paper, but it's thicker and heavier than I expected. Still, if you need a small form factor for travel or a small bathroom, this one is GOOD! Very nice precision of weight to small increments makes fluctuations easy to track. And, it comes with optional feet to put on if you need to use it on carpeting.
