I am a hard of hearing health care professional.I wear bilateral in the in the ear hearing aids. I remove my hearing aids to auscultate with the stethoscope. I have been absolutely impresses with the sound delivered by the Labron Electromax Stethoscope. When I share with my hearing collegues they find the sound "impressive". Although the head of this stethoscope appears quite massive it is suprisingly lightweight. The battery life is good also.
