This watch is great for anyone wanting to monitor their fitness. The diaries of caloric burn, exercise files, and 'Own Zone' options are great. I am on my second F6 though, due to one crucial flaw. Do not swim with this watch!! It says water resistant up to 50m, however I took into a pool to do laps and it fried. I was never more than 3 feet underwater. I think I may have broke the watch's seal at some point before then (I had it a year at that point), but was not overly abusive with it to know for sure.
