I got the red/grey large version. If you have small wrists go with the mid size. I like the appearance and ease of use. It is not a complicated watch and the heart rate strap and monitor work great. It does not save/transfer data (it resets) but it does give you a review at the end of your workout (average HR, hi/low, time in target zone, calories, etc.). I own a Garmin for outdoor use and wanted a simple watch to track my HR indoors. So far this is meeting my needs. Awesome product. I have owned several different brands of HRM and this watch for the price is the best to date. I had the watch up and going after work in time for my nightly workout. The Xchanger delayed me a bit with Windows 7, but I resolved that within a short time. The Timex website will track progress and apprears to be very complete. I have been using serveral other site to store this information. Overall a good product I would recommend. Does what it's supposed to, looks good and is the right size. My only complaint is that the instructions are a little difficult to understand. Not a bid deal but for someone who is not used to bothering with the instructions it's definitely not as intuitive as I would like but.
