The stethoscope isn't what I expected. You can hardly hear anything, you really have to strain to hear a heartbeat or pulse. I suppose it's worth what you pay, not much. You can hear more using the small, infant side of the stethoscope, but as far as the adult side, if you breath or move in anyway, you can not hear a thing.
