Have now owned three Mio watches. While I really like the concept I'm extremely frustrated with the quality of the instrument. I have only been able to keep each watch about six months before something goes wrong. In one case the wrist band broke, in another the face disappeared, and most recently the four buttons on the sides are not working. I had to go back to the Timex Ironman, and even though I cannot automatically get my heart rate... I certainly have a watch that is more dependable. It was not the item that was shown in the picture. It was way to big for the person I bought it for and I was still charge shipping and handling and only got a partial refund. I think if it was the sellers fault for showing a misleading picture, I should have gotten a FULL REFUND!

The watch and chest strap is very easy to use. That is the good news. The bad news is that it is REALLY LOUD. It constantly beeps as it measures your heart rate. I cannot use it in an athletic yoga class to measure my output nor in a quiet gym. It is really distracting and makes it pretty much useless to me.
