This is the third pedometer with radio that I've tried recently. The radio worked better than the other models although the connection had to be fiddled with occasionally to keep the radio working. However, the pedometer fell off frequently (at least 10X/day) and by the end of the first week, the pedometer function stopped working altogether.

Also, it was hard to figure out how to turn off the talking function, which was rather annoying to be in a meeting or theater, lean over, and to have my step count announced loudly. I just joined everyone else in the room in looking around to see where the noise was coming from. I was very disappointed by this pedometer. I wanted something simple to use while I walk around my neighborhood, and this kit seemed perfect. However, I thought the pedometer was difficult to program, and now it seems to get stuck when it counts up. I teach high school, and I'm sure that I walk more than .10 miles during a day, but it won't go any higher than that.

I loved this Gaiam pedometer until it fell of my waistband of my pants and broke. The peodometer was great while it lasted. I didn't have any problem with the reset button. You just have to move it off of the steps counted and that locks in the numbers so they aren't changed. This product works well for adults and kids about age 6 and up. Younger than 6, it's hard for them to inhale correctly. I would recommend they use the Aerochamber with mask.

I use this myself. I find it much easier to inhale my medications with the Aerochamber than without. It whistles when I am inhaling too quickly to remind me to slow down and breathe more deeply.
