Lowest Price ADC Pocket Pal ll Organizer Purple Tags

These organizers are very handy in having the neccesary tools on you and not falling out when you sit down, bend over, or run (when the situation arises). My biggest beef with all of these organizers on Amazon is that they give a limited undetailed description or don't attach a photo of the back of the organizer.
As the title reads if you wear scrubs at work a belt loop is not going to help you. Neither will belt snaps.

Thus if you wear a belt at work or don't mind be creative and strapping some other belt like device to the organizer than this thing is great for you. Get more detail about ADC Pocket Pal ll Organizer Purple Tags.

Low Price Prevention HR-180PV/MF-180PV Chest Belt-Free Heart Rate Monitor

I have a Mark of Fitness that finally died after three years and am looking to replace it. I found that monitor almost essential for interval training a la Dr. Sears. You can get your pulse into the target range, sustain it for the required time, then go back to walking as your pulse slows down. When you first start, it is hard to get your pulse to come down fast enough, but over time you can. I took my BP from 145-150/90-100 down to 110-120/60-70. Save Polar Heart Rate Monitor - F4 (Black)

I bought the F4 model last year. After 6 months the band broke so I emailed Polar about it, along with the serial number of the watch. They sent the replacement parts for the wrong watch, so I emailed them again...and again...and again. They never got back to me, so I've given up.

The sad part is that the monitor worked well and would even synch with all of the equipment at the health clubs I visited, without having to hold the machine grips. I really liked that! But without a watch it's no good.Get more detail about Polar Heart Rate Monitor - F4 (Black).

Discount ACCUSPLIT Health Engine AH120M9 Pedometer/Step Counter

My Accusplit pedometer was accurate when it worked right, and I liked having it. BUT (1) Even when I thought I had completely closed the case, somehow it seemed to have been slightly open; and when it was not completely closed, it reset itself to a setting entirely different from what I had set. (2) When I did make double-sure that the case was completely closed, it was very difficult to open. (3) When I did manage to pry it open, it easily came unhinged at the bottom. Basically, it's a cheap plastic design. In theory, I should have been able to snap it open and read what it said without stopping my run. In practice, this almost never happened. (4) It finally died when I ran down a sidewalk that had some bushes that hadn't been completely trimmed back. The pedometer was designed to be clipped to my waistband, and that's where it was; but apparently that cheap plastic hinge was no match for a stray branch. Some time later, I looked down and most of the pedometer was gone. Oh, well. Maybe some kid found it and became a more digital soul as a result. I may have contributed to the formation of a future engineer. Not bad for twenty bucks. But I still won't buy another one of these.Get more detail about ACCUSPLIT Health Engine AH120M9 Pedometer/Step Counter.

Buying Polar RS200sd Heart Rate Monitor Watch (Red)

This is a good entry level watch for a runner that wants to follow their HR during runs. The watch is only moderately complex. The numbers are legible. The basic kit comes with a strap, the sd kit comes with the footpod.

You really need to buy into the HR zones to get the full function of this watch. Otherwise, it may be a bit of overkill. The polar website has some additional instructions that help with this.Get more detail about Polar RS200sd Heart Rate Monitor Watch (Red).
