I see a lot of people on youtube bragging about how big there biceps are when the tape they are using is all loose and what not. Well, this one tightens up to the right amount. Either you have 18" biceps or you don't this tape will tell you. Im a little discouraged cause my chest measurement is a 36" n biceps are 13.5" :( ( im a small man, working on it) but that's not the tapes problem. Get more detail about MyoTape Body Tape Measure.
