I've had and discarded a number of pedometers because they did not count steps accurately. For whatever reason, I could never seem to get the other pedometers lined up just right so they counted accurately. That's not a problem with the Omron. I just slip it into my front pocket and the tri-axis sensor gives dead-on accurate counts. The unit is easy to handle and the simple controls give easy access to all the setup and display features.
