Two major complaints:
1. The Amazon ad for the sphygmomanometer in no place gives the actual size in inches of the cuff. I took the word "large" at its face value (to me); the ad should probably have read "giant."
2. Amazon's return policy says the item has to be returned "unopened." How stupid it that!

Needless to say, I won't be buying anything more on Amazon if I am not completely, positively, fully, infallibly sure that I won't be returning it.

the BMI is pretty much set. I am a bit disappointed because the body fat is inaccurate. I get measured with a different machine (holding in my hands), and the fat tester and the body fat machine says I'm 24% but the scale says that I'm 30%.
