Yes, it says "Bulb only" in the text, but the picture shows the bulb with valve and hose attached. This is misleading. If all they sell is the bulb, that's what they should show in the picture. Or, clearly state "Bulb only, no valve or hose". With the picture as advertised one is led to believe they mean the cuff is not attached, but the other pictured items come with the bulb.

Purchased but found you can't see the weight by looking straight down. You must step off the scales and step back to get the right angle to see the numbers. That in itself is ok since it keeps the weight displayed for 3 seconds.

Problem comes in that the scales screen runs does not immediately come up with the weight so you don't know when it has your weight cause you can't read it! Taking it back.

I bought a Soehnle from a M. Parizek from Sahuarita AZ, through eBay; Amazon is selling and shipping it instead, go figure!
Anyhow, after returning my first Soehnle that displays funky numbers in lieu of real values (and for mighty shipping expenses); I got back another item that display flawed behavior 2 weeks after using it. Pushing gently the scale to display the 0.0 is not working consistently. You have to drop the scale from one or two inches high to get the display to come up. This product only really works when you are really drinking. When I had a beer and tested it by the book it did not register. I owned a AlcoHawk slim which was much cheaper and would at least register when you had less to drink. I am not satisfied at all with the product and am sending it in to get calibrated new out of the box. I would not recommend this product and learned the hard way.
