I returned it and bought a Garmin Forerunner 305 instead. I love it! It is easy to use, quickly picks up satellites and is very comfortable to wear, even on a small wrist like mine. Bought this to replace the original strap that came with my Polar strap. As stated in other reviews, this new strap has changed from the older one that came with my watch. It no longer attaches directly to the transmitter on both sides. Instead it attaches at the end with a metal flat hook. The hook goes into a loop that is made of some sort of rubber material.

Others seem to have had problems with this system and the loop tearing. I can see how that can happen. However, it has worked fine for me so far. I do agree that the older system was probably better for longevity. The newer style does seem less stiff & more flexible.

I'm 6'2", 275lbs, and this strap is at its maximum length & fits me. But if you are any larger, you may have to go with the XXXL size strap.
