I received my Withings Scale 2 days ago, and have not been able to setup the scale. Unfortunately there is no Technical Support phone number I could call up, only a Forum, which seems to be painstakingly slow in order to resolve my issue.
Basically, in order for the scale to get added to the network, you have to physically connect the scale to your computer with a USB chord, follow a couple simple steps, and this in return connects your scale to your network. Unfortunately, I get a message saying that my Network could not be found. I am setting up my scale in the SAME ROOM as my router. It was suggested to me by someone at the forum to "define the MAC in the router" and to see what happens with the "DHCP and is there a restriction for MAC addresses." I'm sure that makes sense to a lot of people, but I'm not much of a computer person.
It's been 2 days later now, and I haven't been able to resolve this issue, no technical support. I'm very disappointing with this purchase, and I will be returning my product.
